NEW YORK, July 16 (Xinhua) -- A man in a Spider-Man costume, who was arrested last year on accusation of punching a woman in Times Square following an argument over a tip, was found not guilty of assault. He was just fined for "inappropriate" behaviors by a court in New York City.


The costumed Spider-Man was Philip Williams, 36. He was cleared for release in June without more serious assault charge which carried a possible jail term.
