Corvallis, OR (SportsNetwork. Adidas Nmd Schuhe Billig .com) - The 118th installment of the Civil War wasnt even close as Marcus Mariota led No. 3 Oregon to a 47-19 rout of Oregon State on Saturday. Mariota polished off the regular season and his potential Heisman Trophy campaign with six total touchdowns in helping the Ducks (11-1, 8-1 Pac-12) down their in-state rival for the seventh consecutive time. He threw for 367 yards and four touchdowns, while also rushing for 39 yards and two scores. Oregon now sets its sights on a meeting with Arizona in the Pac-12 championship on Friday night. The Wildcats handed the Ducks their lone loss of the season, a 31-24 setback in Eugene on Oct. 2. Oregon has won seven consecutive games since. Royce Freeman rushed for 135 yards and caught a touchdown pass, Charles Nelson hauled in two touchdowns from Mariota, and Byron Marshall led the team with 131 yards receiving in the win. Sean Mannion threw for 162 yards with a touchdown and Storm Woods rushed for 128 yards with a touchdown for Oregon State (5-7, 2-7), which has lost two straight and six of its last seven overall. The Ducks took the crowd at Reser Stadium right out of it from the onset courtesy of 30 straight points. Oregon marched right down the field for 71 yards on nine plays to begin the game. No play was longer than nine yards until the final snap, as Mariota hit a wide open Nelson for a 29-yard touchdown along the near sideline. The Ducks were then unsuccessful on their two-point conversion attempt. The Oregon defense stood tall on the Beavers ensuing possession. Oregon State got a favorable 40-yard kickoff return from Malcolm Marable, but its drive stalled when Damien Haskins was stuffed for a loss on 4th-and-1 from the Ducks 30. Mariota proceeded to lead a quick drive that resulted in a 30-yard field goal from Matt Wogan for a 9-0 lead. Following an Oregon State punt, Mariota capped a 10-play, 70-yard drive with a beautiful lead pass to Freeman on a short wheel route for a 12-yard touchdown. It took Oregon just 2:43 over its next two possessions to blow the game open. Mariota hooked up with Marshall for a 77-yard TD pass, then he busted off a 23-yard touchdown run on a read option off tackle for a 30-0 lead. The Beavers finally broke through on their final sequence of the half. Mannion completed a 5-yard pass to Ricky Ortiz on 4th-and-1 at the Oregon 20, but he was sacked on first down and the hosts had to settle for a 39-yard field goal from Garrett Owens. Wogan and the Ducks answered that field goal with one early in the third to restore the 30-point lead. Mannion and Hunter Jarmon countered with a 20-yard touchdown, but Oregons explosive offense was showcased on the next drive. Following a holding penalty that negated a first-down run from Mariota, Darren Carrington caught a pass over the middle and raced downfield inside the Oregon State 10 for a 58-yard gain. Mariota then followed his blockers off the right tackle on 4th-and-goal from the 1 and waltzed into the end zone for a 40-10 game late in the third. Mannion and the Beavers moved swiftly down the field on their next set of downs. Woods pulled in a 23-yard pass to set up his 3-yard touchdown scamper early in the fourth. Mariota hit Nelson for a 27-yard score later in the fourth and Oregon was forced into a safety to cap the scoring. Game Notes Oregon leads the all-time series 62-46-10 ... Nope, hit off the top of the wall and bounced back into the outfield grass. Walkoff double. Walkoff homer. Doesnt really matter — it was still a walkoff win for the Colorado Rockies. Arenado hit a two-out, two-run double in the ninth inning, lifting the Rockies to a 5-4 win over the San Francisco Giants on Tuesday night. Its the second straight game the Rockies have won in walkoff fashion, with Justin Morneau hitting a two-run homer in the 10th against San Diego on Sunday. "Kind of got away from (walkoff hits)," cracked Carlos Gonzalez, who scored the winning run. "Were trying to pick it up a bit." Just another crazy game at Coors Field. The NL West-leading Giants took a 4-3 lead in the top of the ninth on an RBI double by Tyler Colvin against closer LaTroy Hawkins (2-0). But it wouldnt last. With Troy Tulowitzki at third and Gonzalez on first, Arenado fouled off slider after slider from closer Sergio Romo (3-1). Finally, Romo hung a 2-2 slider that Arenado caught just right. He figured it was gone and sort of went into a half-run. The ball hit off the yellow portion of the fence and came back onto the field. Arenado started motoring toward second. No matter, though, Gonzalez was sprinting all the way, despite a sore shin and a balky knee. He easily slid into home to help the Rockies win and pull to within two games of the Giants in the division. Gonzalez even had a blood stain on his right knee, courtesy of his slide. "I didnt even know I was bleeding," Gonzalez said. "Youre trying to do anything possible and give all youve got." Arenado hardly thought this was his night, not after hitting into a double play and flying out in his first two plate appearances. But Tulowitzki gave him a pep talk. "Told him he was going to get a big hit and stick with it," Tulowitzki recounted. And Arenado did just that. "Saw a pitch and put a good swing on it," Arenado said of his third career walkoff hit. Its the second time the Giants have lost on a walkoff hit this season. "Thats tough luck," Giants manager Bruce Bochy said. "Its a game of inches man and we just missed.&" Wilin Rosario had an RBI double and a two-run homer as he steadily regains his strength. Adidas Eqt Deutschland. Rosario recently missed a dozen games because of a viral infection that caused him to lose nearly 10 pounds. Madison Bumgarner allowed three runs in six innings before being removed for a reliever. Thats the 18th straight road starts hes surrendered three runs or less, which is the longest streak in team history as he surpassed Ed Whitson. The left-hander was staked to a 3-1 lead, but couldnt hold it as he gave up a tying two-run homer to Rosario in the sixth. Bumgarner was none too pleased in the seventh when he was hit by a pitch from Rex Brothers on the leg. Bumgarner jawed at the Rockies dugout as he made his way to first base. "Heat of the moment. Everybody was fired up," said Bumgarner, who hit Tulowitzki in the left leg with an errant pitch earlier in the game. "It shows two teams out there that care." Franklin Morales was sharp after scuffing for the last month, giving up three runs over six innings in the no decision. San Francisco took advantage of an overturned call to score three times in the fifth. After a one-out single by Brandon Crawford, Colvin laced a ball to left that appeared to drop right on the line, only to be ruled foul. Bochy challenged the play and the call was reversed, with Colvin being awarded a double. Gregor Blanco soon followed with a two-out, two-run triple to deep centre. Hunter Pence brought in Blanco with a slow roller that Tulowitzki struggled to cleanly field. The most explosive hitting team in baseball got another weapon back with reigning NL batting champion Michael Cuddyer returning to the lineup Tuesday. Hes been out the last month with a strained left hamstring. "Feels good to be able to get back on the field and put my pom-poms away and pick up a glove instead," said Cuddyer, who finished 0 for 4.
