SEOUL, Sept. 25 (Xinhua) -- South Korean President Moon Jae-in on Monday reiterated a need for peaceful resolution to the Korean Peninsula's nuclear issue amid rising geopolitical risks in the region.


Moon said at a meeting with senior presidential secretaries that it would be mandatory to adhere to the principle of peaceful resolution to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK)'s nuclear issue and to reassure South Korean people and the international community about the principle.
